As most of the internet surfers should already have noticed, many credit card companies operating online and offline for that matter, announce they can offter the best credit card online, even with instant approval if you apply for it on their website. Some people think that this means they can instantly download a copy of a card like waving a magic stick and start to purchase with it immideately. Let's sort out some confusion here. Many credit card websites can approve your application instantly, which in most cases means within a few minutes. But that doesn't mean you can print out your card and run to your local Wal-Mart or Target or wherever and immedeately shop. Of course you can shop, but not with your newly approved card, because you have not received it yet.

Though the approval procedure only takes minutes, you have to be patient and wait for your card. This will be sent in the
mail, and it will take a few days. Now, the nice thing with applying online for a card is that you know if you are approved
for it or not within a fairly short time, and I would think that this is the best thing for people to know, or like the
saying goes "those who are waiting for something good don't wait in vain"

Compared to the old-fashioned way of doing it, returning the snail mail offer for a credit card, waiting days or even weeks
for the bank or credit card company to process it and run your credit, and finally waiting for them to send out your new
credit card, the online way is far more convenient and fast. Another advantage of doing the application online is that it
also gives you a fantastic option to compare the cost of credit offered from a lot of card companies.

There are certain limitations however on who is eligible for an Instant online credit card approval. Instant approval credit
card offers are targeted to - or at least originally meant to be for - people with good credit records. However, there are
ways to go around this and sometimes this might be pure luck. What I mean is, sometimes the card company you apply to, may
not be able to access your credit records for some reasons. But this is an exception. The competition on the credit market
is so high today, that some companies are willing to tow the line pretty far to get customers. The bottom line is that even
if your credit history is not so good, you can obtain an instantly approved credit card. So regardless to what your credit rating is, there is no reason not to apply.

If you want to apply for an instant approval of a credit card online, go to the web and search for instant credit card
approval an you'll have more than enough websites to choose among, giving you the opportunity to compare the offers from
different sites with respect to the cost of credit. Then you will be able to find the best deal. Good luck!

Terje Brooks Ellingsen is a writer and internet publisher. If you have been in the credit card market for quite a while and know how the credit industry has evolved and modified in many positive and negative ways, the answers are simple. When you do not have a clue of the ins and outs, it becomes unforgettable to many hard working consumers when they deploy their money and trust in such issuers.

First of all, you should always beware of advertised sites on the Internet claiming to have the greatest 0% APR credit request approval. The reason behind the why of such important fact is that many affiliate companies that promote fortune 500 credit issuers like VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX may not have the best interest in you. While big companies like VISA, AMEX, Discover, and Mastercard are in the lookout to protect the consumer with their acceptance or even without the acceptance of your business and contract, many affiliate sites that promote this kind of credit cards do not have your best interest in mind unfortunately.

The reason to this whole dilemma is that I have seen a few websites promoting credit cards yesterday and today they are just disappeared without a single trace of what happened to the page that cannot be displayed. Does not happen for 1 or 2 days, but I have already seen a site that have gone into sink and definitely for me his is on the blacklist of affiliate trusted sites for my consumers.

So in a nutshell explanation requesting a best secured credit card deal out of the Internet today requires some diligence and some skills. You may get robbed or you might never received information from the credit card issuer. It will all depend on how the credit affiliate sites works and their reliability in such moment.

I am telling all my consumers to beware because of these possibilities. Many people get robbed on the Internet today just for the fun of it. Many are left without identities for placing orders and requesting credit and later know that they got scammed by a site that was just their to take their personal information.

Another big time fact is to beware again of the 0% APR for a lifetime once getting approval in affiliate sites. Fact is that you need to clearly see what the credit issuer notifies and confirms you with the offer, not with the affiliate site that works with the credit issuer. So in precise words, getting a best secured credit card deal today can be dangerous and cost effective, just remember who to trust this days.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Michael_Pitt

Credit Card Offers and How To Deal With Credit Card Debt

By Steve Gee

Do you have too much credit card debt?

You spend too much one month and you put it all on your credit card account. You can’t pay it all off so you leave it until next month but you can’t pay it off next month either. Before you know it your bill has grown into something that you can’t manage and you are going to have to do something dramatic if you are ever going to get the debt under control. Why not make your credit card account work for you instead.

Credit card offers available

0% APR credit card offers are readily available but they only give you zero interest for a limited time and often have some catches. They may give you zero interest on the balance you transferred onto the card but not on new purchases for instance. You should also make sure that you understand what happens after the introductory offer period. Will the interest rate go sky high in 6 months time?

You can use the 0% APR credit card offers to slow down your accumulation of debt and give you a chance to start paying it off. It's a lot easier to reduce the balance if they aren't forever adding interest to it. Be ready at the end of the introductory period however because the interest will start piling up again. When you get close to the end look around for another 0% APR credit card that you can transfer your balance to. This is called 'surfing' your credit cards.

Here are some things to look a=out for when hunting for credit cards.

APR or Annual Percentage Rate

This can vary a lot and will make a huge difference to your monthly repayments.

Interest Free Period

Most cards charge interest from the date of the statement but some calculate your interest from the date of your transactions. In most cases the maximum interest free period is 56 days.

Cash Withdrawals

Be careful when drawing cash from a credit card. The interest rate can be much higher than it is for purchases or transfers. They also start charging you interest from the moment you withdraw the cash with no interest free period.

Annual Fee

Make sure that there isn't one.

Consumer Protection

This can give you protection in the event of goods not received or faulty or even stolen. There is often a minimum value transaction that allows you to benefit from this protection so make sure you know what it is.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance when you purchase by credit card can be useful especially if you commute to work. Check the terms and conditions before you take the credit card though.

Cash Back

Some cards will give you 1% or more of every transaction back. This doesn't sound much but it can add up over the course of a year.

Reward Schemes

Some cards offer air miles or reward points for large stores. This might interest you if you are a frequent flyer.

Charitable Donations

This can be a painless way to donate a little of what you spend to charity. Often you won't notice it because other cards may have given it back to you in the way of cash back.

Online fraud guarantee

Having a guarantee that you won't lose money due fraud when you use your credit card on line can be a very comforting thought.

Gold and Platinum Cards

They only give these cards to people that they think will be able to pay back larger debts accrued on them. Think very seriously about taking one of these credit cards.

I hope that this information has been helpful to you in making an informed decision about using credit cards to manage your debt.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Steve_Gee

How To Pay Credit Card Debt Off

By Gary Gresham

If you are determined to pay credit card debt off you are making the best financial decision of your life. The reason credit card debt is so bad is because it carries such a high interest rate.

The quickest way to take back control of your finances is to pay credit card debt down or get rid of it completely. Here are the best and quickest ways for total credit card debt elimination.

Eliminate Credit Card Spending

You must immediately eliminate credit card spending because you will never pay credit card debt off if you continue to add to the outstanding balance. The interest on that debt added with a climbing balance will make it impossible to ever pay off.

Pay More Than The Minimum Payment

Always pay more than the minimum payment on the credit card you want to eliminate first. Paying the minimum payment makes you keep paying that high credit card interest rate. That's exactly what the credit card companies want because they are making a fortune off of that interest.

The best way to pay credit card debt off is start paying off the credit card with the highest interest rate first. Pay the minimum monthly payment on the others. Once each card is paid redirect your funds to the next highest interest rate card so you can eventually get rid of credit card debt.

Snowball Debt Payments

Snowballing debt payments means to transfer credit card debt from a high interest rate card to a low interest rate card. By doing this you pay a greater amount of money towards the balance and less interest on debt.

This increase in the amount of money you pay toward your outstanding balance allows you to snowball your efforts and pay credit card debt off quicker. It's worth looking at each individual card and determine how much interest you are paying with each of them.

Renegotiate With Creditors

Contact your credit card company and ask for a lower interest rate. They may want your business enough to lower it. The interest savings to you will multiply your efforts to pay credit card debt off quicker.

One last tip is, if you choose to close your credit card accounts, do not close them until after the final bill has been paid. Some credit card companies will penalize you by raising your interest rate if you close an account that carries an outstanding balance.

If you are ever going to get rid of credit card debt it's important to set a realistic budget for yourself. Lower your spending in all areas so you can
pool your available cash to pay off your balances quicker. Think of how you will feel when you pay credit card debt off and you are finally free of high credit card interest.

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Gary_Gresham

Simple Steps to Prevent Credit Card Fraud

By Michael Strauss

Many people are wary about using their credit cards, especially online, because of the possibility of becoming a victim of fraud. While fraud does happen, and costs hundreds of millions every year, there are some simple steps you can take to protect yourself and make it unlikely that you'll become a victim.

- Online use

The most important rule to follow is to only use your card online at trusted, secure sites. You can recognize a secure site by looking for a yellow padlock symbol appearing in your browser, and also by the address starting with 'https' rather than 'http'. Sites secured like this encrypt all the information sent back and forth to your browser, meaning that it's very dificult indeed for someone to spy out your credit card details.

Also make sure you're confident of the identity of the site asking for your details. Avoid any sites that send you an email asking for your card details - they might not be who they claim to be. It's better to phone the company direct to make sure their request is genuine.

You should never give out your card details in an email, as there is no encryption involved and there's always the danger that a fraudster could intercept your message and gain your details.

Finally in this section, make sure that your virus protection is up to date and that your computer is clean of any 'spyware'.

- Offline use

If at all possible, don't let the card out of your sight when paying, to reduce the opportunity for a fraudster to make a copy of your card. This is easier nowadays with the arrival of the handheld chip and pin input devices that are brought, for example, to your table in a restaurant.

It's advisable not to send card details by fax, as you've no control over how long the fax will be left unattended at the receiving end. A faxed copy of your card number, expiry date, security code and signature makes it altogether to easy for a scammer!

Only give your credit card number over the telephone if it was you who made the call, and you're certain that you're speaking to a genuine person. If someone calls you claiming to be from a company you deal with, and asks for your details, ask for a phone number to call them back on - via a switchboard operator if possible - and verify that the number is correct.

- General

There are several other measures you can take to reduce the chances of becoming a victim of credit card fraud, and most them are pretty much common sense. You should sign any new or replacement cards as soon as you receive them, and cut up the expired cards making sure to cut through the magnetic band on the back.

Never keep your pin numbers written down in your wallet or purse, as if you lose it or it's stolen a fraudster will have both your cards and their pins. Also, report any stolen or lost cards to the issuer immediately, so that they can be cancelled before falling into the wrong hands.

Open your statements and bills as soon as you receive them, and check them carefully for anything you don't recognise. If you spot something you're unsure of, call your card company straight away and ask them for more details. After checking your statements, either file them away somewhere safe, or shred or burn them. Never simply throw them away - they contain far too much valuable information that can be used for fraud purposes.

All this might seem like a lot of work, but remember that with most credit card accounts you won't be held liable for any fraudulent use so long as the fraud hasn't happened through your own negligence. Following the steps above is very powerful evidence to the card issuer that you've done everything possible to protect your account's security, so if you're unfortunate to become a fraud victim then the financial damage to you will be kept as small as possible.

Michael writes for Card Sense UK where you can compare credit cards and their features including balance transfers and rewards schemes. A balance transfer looks attractive in the beginning, but it may increase your debts in the long run. Credit card holders should consider a few things before switching over to a low-interest credit card.

An important factor to be considered is how long the new lower rates are valid. Lower interest on a card is usually valid only for a few months. Some cards maintain low rates for five months, while some maintain them for a year. Once this low interest period is over, the interest rate is enhanced to the normal level. Any late payment can result in a sizeable increase in interest rate. Some companies even charge a transaction fee for credit card balance transfers.

A common mistake that a cardholder makes when applying for a balance transfer is improper completion of forms. Incomplete information can result in a delay or cancellation of the transfer. The credit card balance transfer offer should be read carefully before completing the forms. Very often, information provided in credit card balance transfer brochures may not be easy to understand. Credit card companies usually print the attractive information in bold or normal letters, while the important terms and conditions are printed in small fonts, which many people fail to notice. The actual cost involved can be higher than what is advertised.

People often make the mistake of ignoring their old credit card accounts following balance transfers to a new card. Minimum payments on the old card should be continued since a balance transfer takes about a month to post to the account. Any delay in payments can lead to a late fee and an additional penalty rate. On completion of the balance transfer, the new card company sends a notification, which, in turn, should be verified with the old card company. Once the balance transfer is complete, the card holder should keep the new card for at least a year; changing cards very frequently can damage your credit history.

Balance Transfers provides detailed information on Balance Transfers, Credit Card Balance Transfers, Card Credit Interest Balance Transfers, Interest Free Balance Transfers and more. Card companies, therefore, get large number of credit card balance transfer applications. Many people look upon this opportunity as a means of ending their debts. However, they are mistaken.

The monthly payments are still to be maintained. The only difference is that a zero or low interest rate could be enjoyed only for a stipulated period. This period varies from six months to a year. The interest is restored to the normal level after this period.

People with an outstanding balance on their credit card accounts make the most out of the balance transfer offers. A credit card balance transfer offers you the option of transferring either the whole balance or part of it. An initial time period of low or zero interest on the new card can be enjoyed by the customer. During this period, you can make considerable savings to decrease your debt. People often make the mistake of spending money lavishly during this period owing to the lower interest. Some credit card companies offer you the chance to transfer your existing loans and overdrafts to the new account. Offers like this attract many people to credit card balance transfer offers.

Credit card balance transfers have many drawbacks, too. You have to consider many things before proceeding with a credit card balance transfer application. Some companies charge a transaction fee for transferring the account, which can be as high as four percent of the balance amount. Any delay in monthly payments can lead to a sudden rise in interest rates. Credit card companies usually advertise low interest on balance transfers prominently. However, they may not specify the hidden costs attached. The major terms and conditions are usually specified in small print in the credit card balance transfer offer. Many people fail to read this information and go ahead with credit card balance transfer application to their disadvantage.

Balance Transfers provides detailed information on Balance Transfers, Credit Card Balance Transfers, Card Credit Interest Balance Transfers, Interest Free Balance Transfers and more. The reason is that many people get a credit card without researching and reading the fine print. By the time annual fees are added on, along with spending indiscriminately, payments are missed, which causes their balance to skyrocket.

Although we all like to place the blame on the credit cards and the credit card companies, you need to keep in mind that the real cause of your financial mess is you.

One shopping spree does not usually cause high debt. It is usually a pattern that consists of gradually increasing purchases that add up to a large debt. The great thing is that it can be very easy to get out of debt. The key is to start spending less than you make. This is a long-term solution that can help you to whittle your debt down.

Although it may sound simple, it can be very difficult if you have a problem with willpower. It is important to stick with spending less than you make or you will find yourself in exactly the same place as you were before. Overcoming your debt will take willpower and a great deal of time.

It may be difficult to stick with your debt repayment program, but keep yourself strong and you will find yourself out of debt before you know it.

It is important to learn how to get out of debt and then stay out of debt. If you can summon enough willpower and strength towards your finances and spending, then you will find yourself the winner in the game of debt. It may be easy to get into debt, but getting out of debt is much more difficult, but worth it.

One simple phrase can sum up the solution to your financial problems. If you are not completely sure, then don’t get a credit card until you are ready.

Choosing a Credit Card In the UK

Credit card companies are all over the world and so are credit cards. Some of the credit card companies only offer cards to a specific country or region that they are in. If you live in the UK, then you might need some information about credit cards that are available for you.

Credit cards that you get in the UK are not any different from any other credit cards. The credit card companies offer special incentives to get customers like 0% APR for a specific time period, no annual fees, and you may even be able to apply for the credit cards online. Many credit card companies based in the UK do not give their cards to consumers in other countries due to security reasons. However, if you live in the UK, then there are many companies that are sure to let you fill out an application to receive their specific credit card.

There are many companies that encourage you to apply online. They overwhelm you with ads, promising a 60 second approval.

Credit card use in the UK can cause financial problems just as it does all over the world. People in the UK owe tens of billions of pounds in credit card debt at an interest rate of over 16% and this figure keeps getting higher and higher. Debts over 2500 pounds are common to ten percent of the people in UK and combined with high interest rates, this figure is near impossible to get to come down.

There are some benefits to having a credit card that a great many UK consumers find appealing. Some of the credit card companies offer cash back with purchases, air miles, travel insurance, and insurance for your purchases. A credit card looks good to many UK consumers, especially when you add in the discount vouchers.

When you decide to apply for a credit card, you should research all of your choices to find the one that is best for you. Once you receive it, you need to be careful in using it or you could find yourself in a financial mess. If you use your credit card wisely, then you will find that it will make your life easier, no matter what country you live in.

Credit Card Company That You Can Trust: Chase

If you are looking for a credit card company to give your business to, but are unsure of which one to choose, then you may want to consider Chase. What could be better than getting cash back on all the purchases that you make with your credit card? It sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it?

Well, there are cards that give you free cash, but it is usually only around 1% cash back. However, free money is free money, right? Well, sometimes.

If you like to buy a lot of things in one month, this kind of credit card probably sounds great to you. However, you need to keep in mind that they are not going to give you cash back on every purchase that you make. Even if they claim to give you cash back on every purchase, they will only give you up to a certain amount per transaction. The company also has a strict limit on the amount that they will give back to their customers. If you read the little, bitty print on the form that you signed, you will see a paragraph with their limits in the terms and agreements.

This is another way to try to draw in new customers for these companies. It is a good credit card to have and sounds great in theory, but they will have to check your credit rating before they will give you their card.

Research different credit card companies to see what they are offering. You may be surprised to find a cash back credit card that offers you just what you need and want with a high cash back percentage, few limits on the amount they will give you back, and instant cash deposits when you make each purchase with their card.

Although these credit cards seem like a great thing to have, some companies will need your credit rating to be great too. However, there are credit card companies that offer these cards to people with a low credit rating to help them rebuild their credit. Research all of your options.

What should your decision be? If you have a good credit rating, then this card is a great option for you. Research different card companies – there are cards out there that offer you up to 3% cash back and impose very few limits. If, however, you have a bad credit rating, you may want to find a credit card that will help you rebuild your credit.
